Your way to Wayfinder

Over the course of the pandemic, London’s small and medium sized business owners have faced challenges adapting their operations in a recovering economy.

As the economy reopens, the London Business Hub has launched Wayfinder to help business owners based in the boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Lambeth, Newham, Southwark, Tower Hamlets and Wandsworth. The service helps small businesses connect with trusted expert advice and free support, led by a dedicated team of Wayfinders to guide them.

What is our Wayfinder service?

There is no lack of business support services across London, it’s very much a crowded landscape and this means that businesses are often overwhelmed by choice. Time-poor business owners need a helping hand from experts who understand the SME support space.

This issue is exactly what the Wayfinder service addresses; it operates as a single front door concept for business support. Businesses based in Barking & Dagenham, Lambeth, Newham, Southwark, Tower Hamlets and Wandsworth can register through the London Business Hub and meet with a Wayfinder to better understand their needs, challenges or goals. The Wayfinder will then conduct a free assessment to connect the business to the right service provider. They’ll stay in touch throughout the whole process to ensure the support offered is working for the business.

Various support resources are available through the service, including financial and business planning, sales and marketing support, retention development, and technology adoption.
