Sue delivers an action-based coaching style, allowing the businesses she work with to gain the skills they need for long-term resilience and growth. She is also a specialist in social purpose organisation, having worked for over 17 years as the Chief Operating Officer in a global social purpose SME.

Her other strengths include change management, organisational development, strategy, management of remote teams and boosting profitability across sectors.

Bob is an experienced business adviser, with qualifications including being a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He has worked with SMEs across sectors, offering practical advice to boost growth and profitability.

He has worked on many projects focusing around delivering advice to SMEs, with proven results in improving business plans and arranging finance. He also has previously supported businesses through negotiations, commercial due diligence and periods of significant change to secure stability.

He is an expert in many facets of business, including international trade, sales and marketing, financial restructuring, development, management of remote teams and change management.

Chris comes with a strong track record in senior leadership, having led sales and marketing functions in UK, EMEA and International Market across several industry sectors. He also has years’ experience working with SMEs to make the most of opportunities.

In his career, he has supported many new businesses in penetrating their markets and finding the perfect position for their offering. He has also worked with companies to optimise their operational processes, with an emphasis on maximum efficiency and visibility of potential threats.

His areas of speciality include market value positioning, sales campaigns, performance management, project management, recruitment and business transformation.

Silu is an accredited business adviser, specialising in helping start-ups and scales-up to reach their full potential. She has supported several SMEs already, allowing them to grow profitably in a number of sectors.

In her past experience, she has refined strategies to enable market expansion, optimised operations for better lead generation and helped start-ups to create the foundations needed for success. She also has expertise in coaching business owners and allowing them to prioritise growth in a busy working schedule.
