Opportunity Investment Fund
The Opportunity Investment Fund provides loans to startups and existing businesses in or relocating to Tottenham or Wood Green.
Loans are negotiable but the fund typically provides loans of up to £300,000 with competitive interest rates repayable over several years.
The loan can be used to fund the development of new workspace, improve existing workspace and to purchase equipment that would help create new jobs and up-skill staff.
Loans are available for small to medium-sized businesses (under 250 employees), and applications are welcomed from all sectors.
The fund is jointly provided by Haringey Council and the Mayor of London.
