Delivered through a combination of masterclasses and industrial visits, Productivity through People is designed for SME owners and senior managers who want to take their business to the next level. The programme helps develop leadership and management capability in SMEs.
Masterclasses cover topics including:
- Leadership and teams.
- Employer engagement and culture.
- Internal comms.
- Digital and tech adoption.
Places on the programme are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
