Inspire Lewisham
Inspire Lewisham works with businesses in the creative sector to help them enhance their workforce by training and building extra capacity.
The project works closely with employers to design and offer short-term paid placements and longer-term jobs in the creative industries for Lewisham residents.
Support for employers includes:
- Training on the hiring process, including inclusive recruitment and bias.
- Mentoring.
- Networking opportunities.
The project is open to small and medium-sized businesses with less than 250 members of staff and an annual turnover of less than £50 million.
Lewisham residents can also access support to develop their skills and find employment in the creative industries.
Inspire Lewisham is delivered by Goldsmiths, University of London. It is supported by the London Borough of Lewisham, the Mayor of London and the European Social Fund.
