Applying for COVID-19 Small Business Grant Schemes in London
The UK Government has introduced a number of business rates reliefs and grant schemes to support businesses during the coronavirus outbreak, including:
Small Business Grants Fund
Eligible businesses that are in receipt of the Small Business Rates Relief are entitled to a grant payment of £10,000.
Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Grant Fund
Businesses in the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors that occupy premises with a rateable value of less than £51,000 are eligible for a grant. There are two levels of grant payments available:
- £10,000 for properties with a rateable value of £15,000 or less.
- £25,000 for properties with a rateable value over £15,000 and below £51,000.
The London borough where your business is located is responsible for managing and paying the grants.
