It will probably come as no surprise that after nearly two years of COVID-19 restrictions and changes to our lives, people are feeling tired or burnt out.

According to the Health & Safety Executive, the number of new cases of people reporting stress, anxiety and depression has increased by 30%.

Join Anna Golawski of Stratus Coaching for this lunchtime session in which we will discuss what impacts our mental health and wellbeing. We will also explore the common signs and symptoms of stress, along with some of the habits and routines we can follow to look after ourselves.

We all have mental health, and as early years practitioners looking after it needs to be seen as a priority, rather than a luxury.
