People Management: Optimise Your Talent

Maximise your people through talent recruitment, retention, performance management and mentoring.

The people working for your business are key to helping you grow the business and for it to be successful. Discover development strategies which could improve growth, people effectiveness and impact the profile of your business.

At this Business Breakfast event, our expert speaker will help you make the most of the people you currently have, and how to attract, engage and retain talent within your business and ensure you take the right steps to move forward. Our professional facilitator will then support you and your group of fellow business leaders to work together to problem solve and share ideas.
