London’s Business Advisers

London Business Hub Business Support programme supported by Mayor of London and part funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Our experienced, knowledgeable and approachable team of dedicated business advisers has been supporting London’s business community for years – giving advice and support when it’s needed most.

More importantly, every member of our team has been in business themselves. They understand the practical and personal challenges that come with being the boss and, what it takes to run a successful business.

With that in mind, the question is: how can our team help you and your business succeed?

First things first – why not book an initial appointment with one of our advisers? You will be allocated an adviser based on availability. Together with your adviser, we can get a sense of where you are now and where you want to be, how you can achieve your goals and what support you need from our experienced team of advisers to get there.

The London Business Hub Business Support programme is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund’s (ERDF’s) Hub & Spoke project. Only businesses that meet the ERDF eligibility criteria will be able to access 12-hours of bespoke support provided by our team of advisers. Please check here if you’re eligible under this programme.

Don’t be a DNA

A DNA is someone who did not attend an appointment. The 1:2:1 business support service is fully subsidised. When attending you are benefitting from a service that has a value of £78 per hour. Therefore, if you fail to show up, we waste valuable resources that can be used to support other businesses in need.

Due to an increase in the number of DNAswe have implemented the following policy:

  • Please inform us if you are not able to attend an appointment at least 12 hours before the meeting.
  • If you fail to let us know we will get in touch to understand why.
  • If you fail to attend two consecutive appointments without informing us, we will unfortunately be forced to remove you from the programme, and you won’t be able to access any further support as part of this programme.
